We carry a variety of skincare products alongside a full selection of refillable products that are made in Canada using all-natural ingredients. By choosing to reuse your jars/bottles rather than recycling them or tossing them out, we can save resources, energy, and the environment from needless packaging.
All of our products can be ordered online or purchased in-store in multiple sizes and with the option to order a corresponding refill product. By purchasing a refill product alongside your desired product, when your product is empty, you can refill it right in your home. Refilling products eliminates waste and saves you, our customers, money and time!
Our refill bags range in sizes from 250ml-500ml depending on the product, and each refill bag holds a minimum of 5 refills (50ml product) up to 8 refills (30ml product) based on our standard 250ml refill bag size.
Our Refillery Program works with our Loyalty program. Every $1 spent = 1 loyalty point to redeem.

We put a lot of intentionality and thought into our product packaging. Each B. Well Skin Co product comes in a 100% recycled package. We're proud to make the commitment that our packaging will always focus on functionality and intentionality.
Alongside our packaging, it was important to us that our branding/marketing materials (business cards, postcards, brochures, etc.,) were also eco-friendly. We are happy to commit that B. Well Skin Co uses 100% recyclable stationary products alongside our packaging where we can.

For online orders we accept all Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, etc.,) & for in-store we accept Credit Cards, Debit Card, & E-Transfer.

Orders submitted on www.bwellskinco.com are processed within 1-3 business days. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care at bwellskinco@gmail.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We will always do our best to meet customer satisfaction and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

To check the status of your order, simply log into your bwellskinco.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please contact customer care with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.
Once you have placed an order and it has been picked up by the third party shipping company used, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address you provided upon checkout.

We have a flat rate of $20 shipping to any location in Canada and the United States of America for standard orders
We have a flat rate of $30 shipping to any location in Canada and the United States of America for wholesale orders.

We have a flat rate of $40 shipping to any International location for standard order. Please note that International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government (the “Fees”). Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
The Fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
• The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture • The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to • VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping • Select countries will be able to view the total amount of applicable fees, duties and tax/VAT for your order during the checkout process

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate with their customer service center.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note shipping timelines are separate from order processing timelines since we use third parties.
Typically, we estimate that shipping within Canada should take 7-10 business days, and 10-15 for US orders. If you haven't received your order within 15 days (Domestic orders) please contact us at bwellskinco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We strive to get your orders to you as quick as possible, however, we can't give an exact estimation due to third party shipping companies being involved.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note shipping timelines are separate from order processing timelines since we use third parties.
Typically, we estimate that shipping Internationally should take 15-30 business days. If you haven't received your order within 40 days (International orders) please contact us at bwellskinco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Note that while these estimated times reflect the vast majority of shipments, due to uncontrollable local customs clearance processes and inspections, these estimated times could take longer. Subject to local clearance procedures. Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. Local carriers will do the final delivery. If you have additional questions, please contact customer care at bwellskinco@gmail.com.

We hope you love your B. Well Skin Co products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from www.bwellskinco.com within 30 days of purchase. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on drbertskincare.com are final sale.
To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at bwellskinco@gmail.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our store.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our store (longer wait times if you're not from Canada). Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).
If you feel there is a quality issue with your product please reach out to our team at bwellskinco@gmail.com with your order number as the subject line. When talking about skin types, you should assess yourself on the balance between water and oil (sebaceous glands). The goal is to seek an equal balance between the two.
Normal Skin: presents a balance between water and oily functions, closed and regular pores, good appearance and softness. An example of normal skin is children’s skin.
Oily Skin: tends to produce excess sebum, it has intense brightness, high humidity and a sticky feeling. The pores are open and irregular in size. It is often skin prone to acne.
Generally people with oily skin feel that throughout the day, excessive oil begins to appear and there is need to wash, dry or apply compact powder on the entire face.
Dry Skin: has deficiency of sebum and consequently lacks water. Dry skin is often also dehydrated skin. This skin looks rough and dull. In addition, it tends to be dry and cracks easily. Skin elasticity is also low (check out our Advanced skincare line to help aid this).
Mixed Skin: depending on the area, it may have different characteristics. In general, the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) tends to be oily, while the rest of the face may be drier, prone to peeling and irritation.

pH is a numeric scale measuring how acidic or alkaline something is. The optimum pH value of skin on most of our face and body lies between 4.7 and 5.75. A pH of 7 (that of pure water) is considered neutral. Anything below that is acidic and above it alkaline, so skin’s natural pH is mildly acidic.
Cosmeticians are now talking about how pH can affect what is called the “acid mantle “a thin barrier on the surface of your skin.
This barrier keeps the moisture in and bacteria out. It helps to keep your skin TWL (total water loss) in balance.
When your pH balance is off your skin may become overly dry or overly oily. Irritated skin increases the chance of inflammatory skin conditions like eczema and acne.
Ingredients in your skin creams and lotions like fragrances and harsh cleansing products can disrupt the acid mantle.

The sun gives off ultraviolet (UV) light that damages your skin and causes sunburn. Over time, these rays can lead to wrinkles, dark spots, and other problem areas. The result: You can add years to your looks. Research shows that UV exposure is the reason behind 80% of your skin’s aging. It’s not possible to erase all of the damage, but there are some steps you can take for these common conditions.
